Our Mission
The only requirement for A.A. membership is a desire to stop drinking.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes.
At this meeting, we wish to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere
Contributions
AA's 7th Tradition states that:
AA does not accept any contributions, financial or otherwise, from any outside interest. AA members contribute voluntarily to meet their group’s expenses such as rent, refreshments, and literature and to ensure that their group contributes to AA services

“I have come to believe that hard times are not just meaningless suffering and that something good might turn up at any moment. That's a big change for someone who used to come to in the morning feeling sentenced to another day of life. When I wake up today, there are lots of possibilities. I can hardly wait to see what's going to happen next.”
